Prepayment is required:
- For orders up to $80, full prepayment is required.
- For orders over $80, payment can be split into several parts (discussed individually).
- No refunds are available due to technical reasons.
- Please double-check the payment details before sending. They must match exactly as provided. If you make a mistake with the payment details (e.g., send money through SBP to the wrong bank but with my name), the order will not be considered paid.

Sketches (free, before payment): At this stage, I provide a rough sketch for approval.

4. Work Features and Final Files
If you need a specific image size, format, transparent background, or a print-ready version (e.g., vectorized and in CMYK color space), please specify this in advance.
By default, the work is delivered in JPEG format (95% quality), in sRGB color space, with the shorter side around 1200-1600 pixels.

I may use AI tools for generating textures, references for body parts, icons, and logos. If this is an issue for you, please specify it in advance.
6. Source Files
The source file with layer separation is not included in the order price.
If you want to purchase the source file with rights for future modifications, it will cost at least ×3 the base order price.
If you want to make a modification yourself during the process, I can provide a separate layer in PNG format upon request.

7. Copyright
All rights to the depicted characters belong to their owners.
The work remains my intellectual property, and I reserve the right to use it in my portfolio or social media (unless the order is private).
You are not allowed to remove the signature from the work or claim it as your own. Editing the final work is only allowed with my consent.

8. Deadlines
The time required to complete the work is discussed individually. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in advance.
